There are plenty of baking courses all over the UK and there is no way we can review even a tiny few of them. However, the ones we know and LOVE include:
Bread Angels, micro bakers teaching a range of bread baking courses in many parts of the UK
The School of Artisan Food – expensive but certainly comprehensive and a focus on slow fermentation which is great
The Bertinet Kitchen – expensive and a little rigid to be honest but you do not get a better croissant/viennoiserie class anywhere in the country. That is most definitely worth it.
